هذا الموقع موجّه لأولياء أمور الأيتام والعائلات المتضررة في قطاع غزة، والمتطوعين، والجمعيات والمؤسسات الشريكة، والداعمين. يجب أن يكون مقدّم البيانات هو ولي الأمر أو الجهة المسؤولة عن الطفل.

This website is intended for guardians of affected orphans and families in Gaza, volunteers, partner charities and institutions, and donors. Data must be submitted by the guardian or the party responsible for the child.

3. Accuracy of Submitted Data

أنتم مسؤولون عن دقة واكتمال البيانات التي تقدمونها عبر نماذج التسجيل أو التحديث. تقديم بيانات غير صحيحة عن قصد قد يؤدي إلى استبعاد الطلب أو إلغاء الاستفادة من الخدمات.

You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the data you submit through registration or update forms. Knowingly submitting false data may lead to exclusion of your application or loss of eligibility for services.

4. Prohibited Uses

• محاولة الوصول غير المصرح به إلى بيانات عائلات أو أيتام آخرين.
• تقديم بيانات مزورة أو انتحال صفة شخص آخر عند التسجيل.
• استخدام الموقع لأي غرض غير الغرض الإنساني الذي أُنشئ من أجله.
• محاولة تعطيل عمل الموقع أو خدماته.

• Attempting unauthorized access to other families' or orphans' data.
• Submitting falsified data or impersonating another person during registration.
• Using the site for any purpose other than the humanitarian purpose it was built for.
• Attempting to disrupt the operation of the site or its services.

5. Intellectual Property

جميع عناصر الموقع من شعار وتصميم ومحتوى مملوكة لـ"سوبر يتيم"، ولا يجوز استخدامها أو إعادة نشرها دون إذن كتابي مسبق.

All site elements — logo, design and content — are owned by Super Orphan and may not be used or republished without prior written permission.

نبذل قصارى جهدنا لتوزيع المساعدات بعدالة وفق الإمكانيات المتاحة، إلا أن التسجيل في المنصة لا يشكّل ضماناً تلقائياً بالحصول على مساعدة أو رعاية محددة.

We do our best to distribute assistance fairly according to available resources, but registering on the platform does not automatically guarantee receiving any specific aid or care.

قد نقوم بتحديث هذه الشروط من وقت لآخر. استمراركم في استخدام الموقع بعد نشر أي تعديل يُعد قبولاً به.
